Bachelorette Itinerary Template
What’s inside
- Three pre-labelled days — arrivals & first night, main event day, recovery & departures — add columns for longer weekends
- Budget tab with a who-paid split: log each cost once and the SUMIF settles the group maths
- Party packing list: theme outfits, party kit, and the recovery kit nobody regrets packing
- Pre-trip checklist that starts with the two hard parts — locking the headcount and collecting deposits
- A guest-of-honour fund line in the budget so her share gets covered without a spreadsheet argument
Rather not fill it in yourself? Answer eight quick questions and our AI writes the whole itinerary for your destination — day-by-day plan, budget, food guide — then exports it in this exact format. Free, no signup.
A bachelorette weekend has more moving parts than most week-long trips: one house, eight people, three group chats, and somebody who still has not paid their deposit. This template is the version of our trip planner re-built for exactly that weekend.
The day planner comes pre-labelled — arrivals and first night, the main event day, recovery and departures — and the budget tab splits every cost by who paid, so the "you owe me" maths settles itself. The packing list already knows about theme outfits and the recovery kit.
A look inside the Bachelorette template

How to run the weekend from it
- 1Download the file — it opens in Excel, or upload to Google Sheets so the whole group can edit.
- 2Fill the overview: destination, dates, guest of honour, headcount, total budget.
- 3Plan the three days in the Day Planner — the focus row is pre-labelled so nobody schedules the spa for the morning after.
- 4Log every cost on the Budget tab with who paid; the split table settles up at the end.
- 5Work the pre-trip list top to bottom — it starts with headcount and deposits because everything else depends on them.
Editing tips
Upload to Google Sheets for the group
In Sheets, share one link with edit access and the planner becomes the single source of truth — no more decisions buried in the group chat. The formulas and checkboxes survive the import.
Agree the split rules before anyone books
The budget tab tracks who paid what, but it cannot fix a group that never agreed whether the guest of honour pays. Decide that first — it is the first line of the pre-trip list for a reason.
Frequently asked questions
What should a bachelorette itinerary include?
Three things beat everything else: arrival and departure times for every guest, one locked reservation per day (dinner, activity), and a budget with a who-paid column. This template has a place for each; the rest of the weekend can stay loose.
How do we handle the money without drama?
Log every shared cost on the Budget tab with who paid it. The split table totals each person automatically, so settling up is reading a number, not reconstructing the weekend from receipts.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes — upload the .xlsx to Google Drive and it converts cleanly: formulas, the who-paid split, and the tick-box lists all survive. That is usually the right move for a group.
Our weekend is four days, not three. Can I add a day?
Right-click the Day 3 column, insert a copy, and relabel the focus row. The layout and formulas do not care how many days you add.
