Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MonkeyEatingMango, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
MonkeyEatingMango is a travel itinerary generator that creates personalized travel plans based on your preferences. Our service provides suggestions for destinations, activities, and travel logistics.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying all travel information, including prices, availability, visa requirements, and safety conditions. Our itineraries are suggestions and should be independently verified before booking.
4. Disclaimer
Travel information, prices, and conditions change frequently. MonkeyEatingMango provides itineraries for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages arising from the use of our suggestions. Always check current travel advisories and local regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and functionality of MonkeyEatingMango are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use generated itineraries for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Purchases and the Trip Pass
Planning on MonkeyEatingMango is free: you can generate unlimited itineraries and read the first two days of each one without paying or signing up. Trips of one or two days, and our pre-built itineraries, are free to read in full. A Trip Pass costs $0.99 (USD) and is a one-time payment for a single trip. It unlocks every remaining day of that trip on screen and its files in every export format we offer (PDF, Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs). On a pre-built itinerary, which is already free to read, a Trip Pass unlocks that itinerary’s files for your account. A Trip Pass is not a subscription and never renews. On a trip you planned, it belongs to the trip, not to a device: everyone you share that trip’s link with sees it in full. You can buy one without an account, and the trip stays unlocked at its link; if you sign in with a Google account first, the trip is also saved to your account so you can come back to it any time. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles billing, taxes and receipts; we never see or store your card details. The price is shown before you pay and is never charged after the fact. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
