Refund Policy

Tips

Tips are voluntary contributions and non-refundable, except in the case of an accidental duplicate transaction. If you tipped by mistake, email hello@monkeyeatingmango.com within 14 days with your LemonSqueezy order ID and we’ll refund the duplicate charge.

Trip Pass

A Trip Pass ($0.99, one-time, per trip) is refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email us with your LemonSqueezy order ID; once it is refunded, the days and files it unlocked are locked again, unless someone else bought a Trip Pass for the same trip. After 14 days we handle refund requests case by case — email us with your order details and we’ll work it out.

How to request a refund

Email hello@monkeyeatingmango.com with:

• Your LemonSqueezy order ID (from your confirmation email)
• The reason for the refund

We’ll respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
