Tips

Tips are voluntary contributions and non-refundable, except in the case of an accidental duplicate transaction. If you tipped by mistake, email hello@monkeyeatingmango.com within 14 days with your LemonSqueezy order ID and we’ll refund the duplicate charge.

Paid products

Subscriptions and one-time paid products are refundable within 14 days of purchase under standard EU and UK consumer-rights rules. Outside that window, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis — email us with your order details and we’ll work it out.

How to request a refund

Email hello@monkeyeatingmango.com with:

• Your LemonSqueezy order ID (from your confirmation email)
• The reason for the refund

We’ll respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
